St Werbergh’s Chapel – Mt Barker

We spent the Easter weekend camping in the Porongorups with friends, one of the highlights of the trip – for me at least – was the visit to St Webergh’s Chapel in Mt Barker.

The Chapel was built by George Egerton-Warburton in 1873. Regular services are still held in the Chapel, by candlelight, it has never had electricity.

Come take a look inside.
